SUNDAY — SABBATH STILLNESS
Leave a Little Margin
A page with words all the way to the edge is hard to read.
A week can feel the same way.
Every square filled.
Every evening claimed.
Every quiet moment assigned a task.
Even good things can crowd one another until there is no room left to notice any of them.
Margin looks unproductive from the outside.
But margin is where we breathe.
Where conversations run longer than expected.
Where we can say yes to someone who needs us.
Where we sit with coffee without turning the coffee into a meeting.
😂

Maybe today does not need another plan.

Maybe it needs a little white space.
🧭 Compass Heading
Leave room around the life you are living.
🧭 Compass Bearing
Rest is not merely stopping work.

Sometimes rest is refusing to fill every available space.
🧡 Compass Thought
A little empty room can hold something important.

📖 Compass Verse
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28 NASB
🙏 Compass Prayer
Lord, show me where I have filled every margin.
Teach me to leave room for rest, people, prayer and the unexpected things that matter.
Help me trust that an unfilled space is not a wasted space.
Amen.
🧭 Take This With You
