🗺️ Thursday Evening | The Weekend Compass
October 23–25, 2026
A Little Fall Fun Around the Treasure Coast
The weekend is coming, and apparently the Treasure Coast has decided we’re going to celebrate fall whether Florida intends to cooperate with the temperature or not.
Pumpkins.
Farm markets.
Costumes.
Car shows.
Live music.
And the possibility of sweating through your fall outfit before you’ve finished your first pumpkin-flavored beverage.
Welcome to October in Florida.
😂
But goodness, there are some fun things happening this weekend!
So gather the family, grab your favorite wandering partner, or take yourself on a little adventure.
Here’s what’s on the Compass.

Bring the kiddos and something to carry all that candy.
Because apparently a pillowcase is still a perfectly respectable Halloween accessory.

St. Lucie County Parks & Recreation is hosting a free Halloween evening with trunk-or-treating and a spooky walk-through experience.

Hands-on science, wildlife, marine discoveries, interactive activities, and plenty for curious minds of all ages.

🌻 Sunday, October 25
Market on Main — Downtown Stuart

This is the kind of Sunday morning wandering I wholeheartedly approve of.
Rock’n Riverwalk — Downtown Stuart

Riverwalk Stage
Live waterfront music featuring The Real Deal.
Grab a chair, find a shady spot, and enjoy a little music along the river.
Hobe Sound Farmers Market

If Saturday got away from you, there’s another chance to visit the market and enjoy the farm.
Hamilton Farms Fall Festival — Fort Pierce
10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Another day of fall festivities. Confirm current admission and activity details before heading out.
🚗 A Little Extra for the Car Lovers
Mazda Miata Meet Up & Car Show — Fort Pierce
Saturday, October 24 | Noon–3:00 PM
Summer Crush Vineyard & Winery, 4200 Johnston Road
A gathering of Mazda Miatas, a car show, and live music from The Riptide Band.
Paid admission: Currently advertised at $6.50 in advance or $10.50 at the door, before applicable taxes and fees. Prices may change.
Because you know I wasn’t putting together a Weekend Compass without looking for something with wheels.
😂
🧭 Compass Note
You don’t have to do everything.
Pick one thing that sounds fun.
Take somebody you love.
Support somebody local.
Talk to a farmer.
Meet a maker.
Listen to some music.
And if you happen to come home with a pumpkin, a handmade treasure, or a good story, I’d say the weekend was a success.
Notice More. Love Well. Gather Often.
