Amy sent this video, and I was instantly transported to fall…REAL fall. Golden trees, a winding road, and the kind of scenery that makes you want to grab a sweater and take the long way home.
Meanwhile, Florida is still in a situationship with summer. 🙄😂 A little cool air in the morning, and by lunch we’re back to sweating through our fall intentions. Although today’s gloomy breeziness feels a little extra Fall”ish”…
But that little glimpse of Minnesota did it. Now I want all things pumpkin. Pumpkin coffee, pumpkin treats, pumpkins on the porch…and a pumpkin carving contest! 🎃
We’re having a fun Halloween gathering at our home, and I’m already so excited. Bring on the crooked jack-o’-lantern smiles, the pumpkin guts, and the people we love gathered together. I’m thinking a little friendly competition belongs in there, too. Somebody’s going to take this entirely too seriously…and I cannot promise it won’t be me. 😂
