Gathered Along the Way
This sweet snack was inspired by Lovely Delites. These are the small-batch amounts and steps I used in my kitchen.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Cake Crunch aka Mock Muddy Buddies
Small test batch • Inspired by Lovely Delites

What You’ll Gather
- 2 lightly salted rice cakes
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- ⅓ cup PBfit Cocoa powder, used dry
Let’s Make It
- Break the rice cakes into bite-size pieces in a roomy bowl with a tight-fitting lid.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in short microwave bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over as many rice-cake pieces as possible—not all in one spot. Share the chocolate love!
- Sprinkle in the dry PBfit Cocoa powder. Secure that lid and shake the stew out of it! Shake until the pieces are coated.
- Enjoy right away, or let the chocolate firm up first.
Notes from My Kitchen

Use the PBfit Cocoa dry—no water added. Leave room in the bowl for everything to tumble, and store any leftovers in an airtight container once the chocolate has set.
This is the small batch I tested in my kitchen, inspired by the original recipe reel from Lovely Delites.
Sometimes a good thing is worth passing around—even if the test batch isn’t quite big enough to share. 🤎
Find your way home…and then to the kitchen 😂
